FAQs
Swing by our FAQs page – you'll find all the juicy info you need there!
Can I give it a whirl before I seal the deal?
Absolutely! Swing by one of our corners. Ironically, you'll find the list right under the "Buy it now" button ;)
You can even snag a guitar there and then. See you soon!
I know Taylor, Fender, Ibanez like the back of my hand, but Enya? Who's that?
Ah, Enya Music – not to be confused with the ethereal singer :D.
Let's dive into a bit of their story, which is kinda like their namesake: a bit mystical. "EN" stands for always staying humble and thankful, while "YA" screams class and finesse.
Picture this: it's 1995, and Enya decides to make their first instrument. Fast forward, and bam – they're everywhere, with over 300,000 ukuleles and guitars flying off the shelves every year.
They've got a whopping team of 300 spread across the globe, making sure their tunes reach 40 different countries.
Plus, they've set up camp in Texas, USA, with a warehouse and service center to keep things running smoothly internationally.
But even with all this global jazz, they're all about keeping it real and local from their HQ in Shenzhen, China.
Their crew? Just a bunch of music nerds, much like us, making sure they stay tuned into what musicians really want.
I'm an absolute beginner. Can I really get the hang of this complex guitar?
Actually, you're in a better spot because you don't have a clue about what a guitar should be like :D.
It's kinda like how it's easier for modern folks to handle a car with 300 horsepower and an eight-speed transmission than a single-horse carriage. *Sure, the comparison's a bit out there, but you get the gist.
This guitar's just leaped over all the needs you didn't even know you had (think computers, recording software, effect processors, loopers, and so on) that would've caught up with you eventually. And it comes with all the bells and whistles, including accessories you'd have to buy separately otherwise.
Imagine being able to stride not just a meter forward, like a regular human step, but ten meters at once. In other words, this guitar is from the future.
And yes – mastering it is a piece of cake!
What if it just doesn't work out for me and I want to return the guitar and get my money back?
Piece of cake. You've got a whole 2 weeks—that's 14 days, 336 hours, basically a mountain of time. During this period, feel free to return, reclaim, and re-return the guitar every day if that's your jam :D.
But, heads up, if you're wavering, buying directly from our web site makes the return process a breeze compared to our partners' stores, which might have their own, not-so-chill return policies.
And don't sweat it, we'll swing by, pick up the guitar, and refund your cash. No paperwork, no need for explanations; your reasons are your own biz.
Everything looks awesome, but any chance I can snag a little discount?
Let's chat about this for a sec.
Hey, you ever notice how in all those swanky countries, folks aren't exactly haggling left and right for discounts? Yeah, that's not their jam. It's more of a thing you see in places that aren't doing too hot.
It's pretty much basic math, isn't it? Thinking we'll all get rich by playing hot potato with our cash, until nobody's left holding anything but air? That's some kind of funny business if you ask me. Pure loony tunes, right?
But here's the kicker: being okay with the asking price? That's the real MVP move. Paying up what's fair is what keeps the wheels turning and all of us climbing towards that sweet spot of success and financial coolness.
So, how about we skip the discount dance and pay it forward for the greater good? Sound like a plan?
